We only charge your account because of a few specific scenarios:
Subscription fees:
Once an account is subscribed to a paid plan, we will automatically charge that account after each billing cycle. The cost of the subscription fee depends on the plan selected and can be found on the pricing section of our website or under Subscription on your account page.
AI transcription when account is out of transcription credits:
If you’re out monthly transcription credits, you can still transcribe your content but will pay according to the rate set based on your plan.
If you have “auto transcribe” on and have run out of transcription credits, we will continue to transcribe your episodes but will charge according to your plan’s rate.
Human transcription:
Paid plans do not provide human transcription credits. Each job is charged against your account independently. The cost of each job is based on the length of the audio and the rate under your plan.
If you have automatic human transcription enabled, we will automatically charge your account for each job that’s generated from your RSS feed. This will be according to the rate under your plan and the duration of the audio file.
If a fee doesn’t make sense, you can view your recent transactions by following the instructions below:
Select Account under Settings. Tap View Transactions under Payment Information.
